In a crisis, you manage in the moment

In the immediate aftermath of a crisis you may not understand all the facts, but it's important to get out and ahead of the problem before it becomes more of an issue. During difficult and uncertain times, people need real leaders to step up and speak out - even when all the facts are still not known. We typically understand that issues continue to evolve and we hope that those in leadership position will continue to keep us updated on what is unfolding.

During a crisis, it is important for a CEO or world leader to be visible and become vocal. Compassion must become a central theme, given the circumstance and they must help us make sense out of a tragedy.

In difficult times we do not want you to point fingers, we need your help in knowing everyone is okay and that everyone will be okay.  Then we need to understand what happened and then how it happened and how you are going to prevent a crisis like this from ever happen again.
