Virtual Peaker Partners with Fermata Energy to Bring V2G Bidirectional Charging Technology to Utilities

I wanted to share with you news about a new joint venture between Fermata Energy and Virtual Peaker that addresses climate change and creating a more resilient grid through electric vehicles and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology. This partnership makes it easier for utilities and their customers to combat climate change, manage two-way electric vehicle access to the grid, maximize the use of renewable energy sources, and reduce operating costs.

It integrates Fermata Energy’s vehicle-to-grid technology with Virtual Peaker’s cloud-based residential demand response platform — allowing energy to be delivered to EVs at the least-expensive time of the day, combatting climate change and reducing operating costs.
