Global Media Attention For Technology That Will Change Manufacturing

Mardi Gras is March 1 and this past week we were able to secure media attention for Louisiana Creole Gumbo, one of Detroit’s oldest black-owned restaurants in Detroit. They have been serving Metro Detroiters creole’s finest on the edge of Detroit’s Eastern Market. In this FOX 2 Detroit clip, we actually reunited Meteorologist Michael Estime with Louisiana Creole Gumbo co-Owner Stephanie Spencer, in the middle of the segment. It was a really great segment, where the TV anchors still made all about the food. LanzaTech, in partnership with Northwestern University and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, released the results of a collaboration where they can make just about any chemical from bacteria. The article first appeared in Nature but publications such as Der Spiegel, Germany’s largest daily picked up this story along with Inverse and other publications around the world. Finally, this week, Now This continued to work on their series covering the climate crisis, and they produced this amazing clip featuring LanzaTech, sharing it on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Check out our additional media coverage from the past week below.
